Of Sacramento, California, December 25, 2018, a native of Rome, NY, age 70 years.  Loving wife of Edward Kimmel.  Cherished mother of Edward (Kimberly) Kimmel, Laura (Jeffery) Hicks and James Kimmel.  Grandmother of Larissa (Caleb), Shane, Michelle, Jaron, Taylor, Austin and Kaylynn and great grandmother of Roy Plumb.  Daughter of Beverly Davis Bing.  Sister of William Smith, Crystal Conley, Carla Harris and the late Cynthia Legras, Sheila Bagy and Sharel Firth.  Step-daughter of Albert Bing.  Friends are welcome for visitation Monday, December 31, 2018, 10-11AM at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, California, 916-725-2109).  A Celebration of Life will be held on January 5, 2019, 10AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (5505 Hackberry Lane, Sacramento, CA).  Inurnment at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery on January 14, 2019, at 1:00 PM.
