Shawn Taylor came into this world on August 9th 1971. He was kind, compassionate and had the biggest heart a human could have. He graduated high school from Casa Robles, and after that he had a job at the state as a computer operations supervisor which he held for over 10 years. Shawn met Jennifer and got married on August 1, 2006. 4 days later he had a baby girl, Callie, who was his pride and joy. Being a father was his favorite job. He watched his beautiful baby girl grow up, teaching her how to fish and how to ride a bike and drive stick. 5 years later Jennifer and Shawn split but never got a divorce. Four years later he met Debbie Barnes. She became his best friend, girlfriend and family. We then lived together and enjoyed numerous camping trips , and adventures. During the last 3 years of his life, he lived at his aunts house. The last year was extremely rough for him, from coming in and out of the hospital with Debbie and Aunt Shirley helping him through his illness. She made his last couple of months worth living. He passed knowing that he had numerous people loving and caring for him. His daughter will continue to live in Shawn's legacy as a kind hearted person. Just like he was. He will be missed dearly.
A Celebration of Life for Shawn will be help at Price Funeral Chapel on Thursday, January 16th at 1pm.
