Susana Marie Harris

Susana Marie Harris of Citrus Heights, CA passed away in her home on March 12, 2025, at 82 years of age after her courageous fight with cancer. Her loving husband, Walter Lewis Harris, preceded her in death. She is survived by her three loving children, Walter J. Harris, Lewis L. (Jennifer) Harris, and Lynnette M. Harris. Her adoring grandchildren include Beverly, Devin, Tanner, Cameron, Julia (Kyle), Mallory and Zachary. Sue worked for over 25 years as a Special Education Teacher, most of the years spent in the San Juan Unified School District. When she wasn’t transporting her children to their various activities, she was helping others with genealogy and family history. She also loved her time volunteering at the Oakland and Sacramento temples.

Friends and family are encouraged to attend a viewing on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 4pm to 7pm at Price Funeral Chapel located at 6335 Sunrise Blvd in Citrus Heights, (916-725-2109).  Friends and family are also invited to attend services Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 8056 Oak Ave. in Citrus Heights, with a viewing available prior to services at 9am.
