Willard Call Smith was born on July 10, 1922 in Draper, Utah and passed away on June 17, 2020 in Kelsey, California. Willard was preceded in death by his beloved wife Eileen Smith with the both of them now enjoying a joyous reunion in heaven. Willard was the ultimate example of love and devotion to his sweet wife Eileen and children. Willard Smith was an amazing example of love and kindness. When he told you he loved you, you felt it through your bones. When he grabbed you and looked into your eyes, you felt sincere, true love. We were all his “favorite.” He was love. Willard loved Eileen with all his heart. Their love story is one of the greatest love stories ever told. They were the definition of a “Power Couple,” power in faith, power in love, and power in service. Willard always dressed immaculately and was extremely organized in everything he did. He was organization and precision in a man. Anything you brought him broken, he fixed. His attention to detail was unmatched. He built multiple houses. He built custom tree houses and playgrounds for his grandchildren. He ran factories for the Air Force, but most importantly he crated a rock solid, never ending family legacy. What love and gratitude we feel because we got to be helped along in our earthly journeys by wonderful Willlard. He shared his testimony of Christ always and his appreciation of his wonderful parents. Willard is survived by his children Willard Smith, Deanna Sudweeks, Suzanna Wygal, Lowell Smith, Steven Smith and Kathy Elledge and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. He is the son of Isaac and Elizabeth Smith, and the brother of Maurine Smart, Loren Smith, Gerald Smith, Shirley Simons, Grace Irvine, and Homer Smith. We hope to carry on his light and legacy. Until we meet again Willard, we love you. Give Eileen a BIG hug & kiss for us.
