Your mom has been on my mind so much lately, l just had to try to find her and tell her "Thank you." "Thank you for becoming the person you chose to be. Thank you for standing by me in some of my most difficult times and then sharing in some of my greatest blessings. Thank you for going beyond your Relief Society President responsibilities and becoming a true friend. The years have passed. I live in Wisconsin, but you are and always will be in my heart. Thank you Nancy...thank you!"

Nancy is woven through our lives the past 18 years like a beautiful, bright colored ribbon. She strengthened us in times of sadness and helped bring the gospel to Donald. She never gave up on him and sent him articles and books to read. He respected her so much he read every word she sent. One of those books was "Jesus The Christ" a very difficult read for the most voracious reader. This staunch Catholic, was baptized 20 December 2008. She stood as proxy for his mother when we were sealed in the Sacramento Temple. She brought me into Daughters of Utah Pioneers and was instrumental in my activity in Family History. Our First Tuesday Book Club was held at her home for many years and is still thriving with many of the same members.
Her faith, character, warm personality, courage, unconditional love will be forever in our hearts until we meet again beyond the veil. We thank you Nancy, you will always be a part of our lives.
Our prayers and love to Nancy's beautiful loving family. What a special mother you were blessed with. She will be missed by all who know her.
