Sending you all my love and prayers of comfort for the loss of your Dad. Alfred was an amazing fun loving and very smart cousin! I will miss him. It was always so good to see him with his grin or smile on his face. He brought so many good memories to my childhood either when he and Ida, Jimmy and Angie would come to Fresno or go down to Layton. I happy my husband got to spend the weekend with him and Ida and found out what special people they really were. Much love to all. Thank you for being such a good man to so many. Your in heaven now Alfred! Have fun and build something. Love Nancy

As a kid I always enjoyed when Al, Ida, James (Jimmy) and Angie would come to my grandparent's (Worth and Montie Hull) house in Laton, CA. They were always fun to visit with. There are a few funny stories I remember. I will miss Al and know that his faith in God has taken him to be with the Lord. Prayers and my sympathy for the family
Caroline.

I have so many fond memories of visiting your grandparents. I have told many stories to my own kids of our time at their farm. I always enjoyed the meals your grandmother made and I can still taste her applesauce and cream corn. They also had so many board games to play. Thank you so much.

Sharing my condolences with Nancy and the family. Al was an amazing person, full of life, funny, smart and a family man. He experienced so much in ,life and had so much knowledge, I was amazed that I could sit with him and have few hours conversation without knowing the person. His presence will be missed greatly but in his spirit he will continue to exist in my heart. God bless you Al, may your soul rest in peace. Shirley

Our sincerest condolences go out to the Volmer Family for the loss of your beloved father, Eugene. What a wonderful man he was, having accomplished so many goals in life, as well as being so creative at fixing the more simple and sometimes difficult, tasks that come up in everyday life. We feel fortunate to have spent some enjoyable visits with the grandchildren, Jake and Emily, that we shared with Eugene. We also remember how Eugene lovingly cared for his wife, Ida, taking care of her everyday needs and also making it possible for her to attend some family gatherings. We shall miss his laughter and kind smile. Our prayers are for Eugene's soul to have found its place, saved for him alongside Ida in Heaven, and for his family to have comfort and strength for the days ahead.

Prayers and thoughts to my cousins for the loss of Uncle Alfred. It was always fun to see everyone in Parsons when the Volmers came to visit from Calif. The stories Uncle Alfred told of growing up with my dad and his other siblings were always told with enthusiasm and very entertaining to me. I'll miss you
