I worked with Cindy at BPD for many years. She was well known and respected as an excellent, reliable ID Tech, Fingerprinting Tech, photographic Tech and member of the Police Department. When not deep into an investigation, she could be seen softly singing various tunes she heard and some she'd composed. She was a great adjunct to the Department and a friend and aid to all who knew and worked with her.
